This principle is added to ensure that we design our setup, so the users are in control of as much of the setup as possible. We aim to move control to the users for things like access to Jira projects, management of add-ons, data and customizations. Most important is that we design workflows and processes to be flexible and possible to adjust to fit the need of the various users and their methodologies.
