With the new Jira being presented where Jira Software and Jira Workmanagement is merged together, how do you feel about that? Is it good or bad and why?

@JimmyTalksJira make some great points here. Team Based Projects are a bit of a hassle at the moment and anytime you want to break the silos and work across the Jira project boundaries Team based projects just won't work.

The question is though if we should just try to avoid them for now and hope that in a (hopefully near) future we will see a more uniform setup between Company Managed Projects and Team Managed Projects? Or should we encourage Atlassian to focus on making Company Based Projects better, for everyone?

When working with Jira I often get several questions over and over again. These are common questions and usually they come from a misunderstanding of what Jira is and/or how it works.
