    In August, we announced the Early Access Program for Alerts and On-call features in Compass. We're excited to announce that we’re releasing alerts and on-call to all Compass customers except for those who have Opsgenie. We are also offering an enhanced tier of alerts and on-call features as part of the new Compass Premium plan. Rollout will start on October 24, 2024, and is expected to be completed by November 5, 2024. We plan to announce the full General Availability (GA) of these features

    As Compass usage has grown, customers have asked us for better tools to ensure that their catalogs are accurate and can be relied upon as their single source of truth for teams across their companies. To help with that, we’re rolling out a series of improvements aimed at better component lifecycle management. In addition to the recently launched pending state, we’re now introducing archived state along with bulk operations. 🎉

    When you connect Compass to Bitbucket, you can bring the information about those components right into the code repositories they’re associated with: to start, this means you’ll see the component’s owner teams, dependencies, and chat channels next to your code.
