We get to break things down into small steps, we deliver work sooner and we can make pretty little diagrams which show us if we are on track. Sounds great on paper, but in realty it isn't working for many people; they are still left with projects that don't deliver on their promises!

In this video, I try and explain why I think Agile doesn't work, and what you can do about it!
