What is your experience regarding Atlassian tool experts and the connection with work processes? Should you have those two areas combined in a governance organization, or is it better in your opinion to keep them separate?

@apetech what is your experience and suggestion for this? Perhaps from an Agile perspective you see it differently than me who are more in a traditional or flexible context with my clients?
