This is an overview portfolio for my skill sets.

With my range of skills, knowledge and experience I see all
projects from a helicopter view without loosing the detailed
understanding of all parts of the project.
I can easily switch context to fit the need of the people I am
working with at the moment. I am equally comfortable dicussing
conversion optimization as I am discussing deployment
processes or integration mappings.
A project is about the people and as such each project
should balance the need from business, the end user and
the technical aspects of the project. I firmly belive in leading by example and to treat
people with respect and understanding. This is why I will work harder than anyone else in
my team and why I will do anything in my power to make them as enthusiastic as I am for
each project.
As I have worked with all aspects of the project cycles I do not see them as separate functions,
but as a part in the greater whole. Only when all pieces of the wheel are working as
they should can the project be truly successful.
